What happens when you contact us
Tell us what has happened, what is currently working and whether there are any signs of heat, damage or burning. Photos can help where it is safe to take them. We will use the information to assess the enquiry and confirm the next available response.
Immediate safety
If you believe there is an immediate risk of fire or serious injury, keep people away from the affected area. Isolate the electrical supply only if you can do so safely. Contact the emergency services where the situation requires them.
After the fault is found
Some faults can be resolved during the initial visit. Others need parts, further investigation or planned remedial work. We explain what has been identified and the action needed before additional work is agreed.
