Public website
Our public pages can load the Google Ads tag (AW-18470248893) after you accept optional cookies. It helps measure visits from adverts and may support relevant advertising. We also offer optional first-party measurement to improve the enquiry journey. It counts actions such as viewing a page, clicking a quote or phone link, starting a form, encountering an error and successfully sending an enquiry. It stores daily totals with broad service, page, source and screen-size categories. A phone click does not tell us whether a call connected. If you reject optional cookies, these optional tools do not run. A postcode or address lookup runs only when you request a search, from our server to Postcodes.io or, where property selection is available, Ideal Postcodes. Booking requests are sent to Certivo and Microsoft Outlook. Neither action needs an advertising cookie.
Cookie and storage inventory
The table below identifies the technologies implemented in the website code or documented by our account provider. Clerk authentication cookies are used when accessing account functions. Exact expiration for Clerk cookies depends on the configured session and remains subject to verification in the provider settings. Cloud security measures may add necessary cookies when a challenge is triggered; those are not set by our application code.
Your choices
You can accept or reject optional advertising and website measurement when you visit the public site. Your choices are remembered in your browser's local storage. A previous Google Ads acceptance does not automatically enable the new first-party measurement: we ask for an updated choice. A previous rejection remains effective. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Rejecting clears our optional visit context and stops future first-party measurement and Google tag loading. You can also delete previously stored Google cookies in your browser settings. Our optional session storage contains only broad source, first measured page and screen-size categories, without a visitor identifier, contact details, advertising click IDs or raw URLs. It lasts until the browser tab is closed.
