After the electrical work is completed and the invoice is paid, we calculate your voucher and contact you to arrange delivery.

- New customersThe person you refer must be a genuinely new Certivo customer.
- How to qualifyThey must name you when they first enquire. Email Certivo your name and contact details after their enquiry so we can reach you about the reward.
- Reward valueWe calculate the voucher at 5% of the referred electrical work invoiced and paid, excluding VAT. The limit is £250 per referred customer. Rewards from separate new customers add up, with no annual limit on the number of customers you can refer.
- When you receive itWe issue the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card after the work is complete and the invoice payment has cleared.
- Referrals through workIf you are an employee, obtain your employer’s permission before taking part. If you refer through work, disclose the reward to the customer and follow any workplace or client rules on referral incentives. Receiving a reward may have tax consequences.
